Hello! I'm back with more samples to share from the live stamping event with Stampin' Up! this past Wednesday. These are the gift bags we created with the Tag A Bag bundle in the Sale-A-Bration catalog. Many people need gift wrap or bags last minute and don't have time to run to the store to grab something to wrap their gift in. This bundle solves that problem! You can make lots of different wrapping options in a snap to have on hand for days when time is short! After I watched the live stream, I created all the samples they showed, and now I have bags and boxes on hand when I realize last minute that someone's birthday is coming and I forgot!
I shared this idea yesterday, but here it is again for those who missed it. This is a box we covered with the chevron bag. We cut the bag down a little and used it as a decorative belly band for the box. A neat idea!
Here are some gift tags to use on cards, gift bags, or other sized boxes. I left them blank so that I can stamp them later to match the occasion.
I left a lot of my tags blank because I never know what I'll need the bag or box for. This way, the bag, box, or tag is already ready for me, and I can customize the tag at a later date to fit the reason/occasion for the gift.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed today's post. I'll see you tomorrow!

Tag a Bag Boxes from Live Stream
Hello! For those of you who didn't watch Stampin' Up!'s live stream stamping event on Wednesday night, here are some of the projects they showed that I made. I loved the Tag a Bag items from the catalog before the live event, but afterwords, I was even more in love with what you can do with the boxes, tags, and bags! So cute and really fun! And I loved playing around with all the pieces. Definitely a fun night of stamping and creating! I also loved not having to come up with the ideas, and the prep was zero! Such a treat for me. And it was free to watch! I got some really great ideas. They showed how to cut a box down and make smaller, really cute ones, and alternate ways to use the Chevron print bags. I loved all the ideas! Today I'm going to show you the boxes we made, and then I'll come back and post the bags tomorrow.
This is a smaller box that we made by cutting the box apart and altered. The new box size measures 4 1/2''. We cut down the acetate sleeve to fit the new size.
This is a cute little 3'' box. I love how small it is! I'd love to get a cute little box like this. I go crazy over mini things!
I love how we folded one of the blank tags over the edge of another tag. Such a great idea, and I love the look! I would never have thought of that! Also, if you notice, we cut the top and bottom off of the chevron bag and slid it over the acetate sleeve, and then slid the sleeve over the top of the box. Clever! I love these boxes. I may have problems actually giving them away! If you missed the live stream event, you can find it on youtube under youtube.com/stampinupvideo. You will definitely learn lots of new things. I sure did!!! Thanks for stopping by today. I'll see you tomorrow with the bags we made during this event.

Baby Gift
Hello! Here's the box I gave my cousin, with a gift inside for her new baby. I loved how it turned out. Me being the person that I am, I of course didn't want to give it away, but then I knew it was something worth giving away!
And of course I gave her one of the sweet baby cards I showed yesterday. It was too cute not to give away! The stamp sets I used on her gift box were Baby, We've Grown, and Itty Bitty Banners and the matching framelit for the banner. I also used the new Scallop Tag Topper Punch, and the Tag A Bag Gift Box. Thanks for stopping by today, and I'll see you tomorrow!

Birthday Gift Idea
Hello! A few weeks ago it was my husband's cousin's birthday, and I of course jumped at the chance to create something as a gift for her. I'm loving the Tag A Bag Gift Boxes from Stampin' Up! They are begging to be used for tons of fun stuff. One day I had the idea to line the clear sleeve with birthday paper and tie the box off with a bow, so I got out my favorite birthday paper from their catalog, Birthday Basics, and cut a piece to slip inside the box. I scored it on both ends to fold easier, and then tied the box off with Summer Starfruit ribbon after I stuffed the box with yummy chocolate chip cookies. (My favorite!)
I added a tag to the box and just forgot to take a picture before I gave it to her.
Then I made her a fun little pedicure in a jar. My sister showed me this idea a year or two ago, and I love it. I would be happy to receive a gift like this. I never have enough nail polish, and it's fun to take time to pamper yourself every once in a while. I made the tag with the new Scallop Tag Topper Punch, added a strip of paper from the Sale-A-Bration pack Sweet Sorbet, and stamped a heart from the Banner Blast Sale-A-Bration stamp set. To finish off the tag, I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
I included in the jar a nail file/buffer block, a pair of nail clippers, a bottle of nail polish, a bottle of lotion, and some cotton squares for removing old nail polish. If I had a bigger jar, I would have included a mini bottle of nail polish remover.

Christmas Gift Box
Hello! Today I wanted to share a Christmas gift box that I made at a meeting with some other fellow demonstrators. The supplies and design were provided by Patty Bennett. Thanks Patty for the supplies and the cute idea! The box is from the Tag A Bag Gift Boxes (Item #130927 $6.95 for 8) sold by Stampin' Up!, and is dressed up with some Season of Style Washi Tape (#132155 $4.95), Cherry Cobbler 1'' Stitched Edge Grosgrain Ribbon (#132135 $8.95), and a tag cut from the Chalk Talk Framelits (#129380 $24.95), and lined with some of the Season of Style Designer Series Paper (#132340 $10.95).
This is a quick and simple way to wrap a small gift, and if you don't want to spend a whole lot of money on gifts this year, buy these boxes, dress them up, and put a small something in it for friends, teachers, co-workers, neighbors and family, and they'll be impressed with the beautiful packaging! Hope you're staying warm out there. Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you tomorrow!
